TinyMCE parity: Better Rich Text docs

Every TinyMCE 7 plugin, open source and premium, with the Better Rich Text package, feature and commands that cover it. "Standard" means it is in the standard preset; everything else is opt-in, so an editor only bundles what it uses. fromTinyMceConfig in @better-rich-text/migrate applies this table to a TinyMCE configuration (Migrating).

Gaps

advcode is covered by the source view, which has no code folding or syntax colouring. Code blocks get syntax highlighting from plugin-code-highlight.
pageembed embeds only https pages, and only when the host allows them.
uploadcare's hosted image transformations have no equivalent beyond the image editor.
